Experience my Core Shred class 1 & 2, a comprehensive workout designed to target and strengthen your entire core. Through a combination of dynamic exercises, we focus on sculpting and defining core muscles while burning belly fat and building lean muscle. My classes are crafted to enhance core strength for improved balance and stability in everyday activities. But that's not all – we also integrate upper and lower body exercises to provide a full-body workout experience. As you progress in this Core Shred class, we will incorporate core sliders to intensify core engagement and further enhance strength and balance. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, these workouts cater to all levels with modifications available for every exercise. Starting with bodyweight movements, you'll gradually advance to using core sliders and weights over the course of the program. Don't forget to bring along your mat, towel and water for a rewarding and invigorating workout session. Please note that Core Shred Class 1 & Class 2 are 2 different classes.
